Ingredients
- 1 12 oz bag of fresh Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Begin by shredding the Brussels sprouts. Slice them into thin rounds and place them in a large mixing bowl.
In the same bowl, add the olive oil, garlic paste, and season with sea salt and black pepper to your taste.
Toss the Brussels sprouts thoroughly to ensure they are evenly coated with the olive oil, garlic paste, and seasoning.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-to-medium low heat.
Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts on the griddle and cook them for 3-4 minutes. Remember to toss and turn them occasionally to ensure even cooking. Cook until they reach your desired tenderness and develop a satisfying char.
Once done, transfer the cooked Brussels sprouts to a plate and serve.
