Ingredients

3 ½ lbs boneless chicken thighs (about 7 thighs)

4 tsp Blackstone Citrus Garlic Mojo seasoning
-
2 tsp paprika
-
4 tsp garlic powder
-
2 tsp black pepper
-
Salt, to taste

24 oz bite-size potatoes, halved
-
2 tbsp lemon juice
-
4 tsp Knorr chicken bouillon
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp crushed red pepper
-

Directions
Preheat the Blackstone Pellet Grill to 225°F.
- In a large bowl, season the chicken thighs with the Citrus Garlic Mojo seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
- Once the smoker reaches temperature, place the chicken thighs inside. Smoke until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 1.5 hours).
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the potatoes. In a bowl, toss the halved potatoes with lemon juice, Knorr chicken bouillon, paprika, black pepper, crushed red pepper, and salt.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to an air fryer. Cook at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once both the chicken and potatoes are done, serve with a side of fresh salad.
