Ingredients

1 lb breakfast sausage
-
1 package Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
-
1 lb cheese (half cheddar and half sharp white)
-
1 block cream cheese
-
½ cup honey mustard
Directions
Pre-warm the pellet grill to 275°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, biscuit mix, cheese, and cream cheese. Mix well.
Roll into 1 oz balls and arrange on a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet on the griddle and cook for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, check the doneness; larger balls may require additional time. Remove from the griddle and allow to cool slightly.
Serve with honey mustard for dipping.
