24 Tyson chicken wingettes also known as party wings, drummies and flats
BBQ chicken rub
Ranch dressing, Bleu cheese, or your favorite dipping sauce
Directions
Arrange the thawed chicken wingettes in a single layer on a tray. Season generously on both sides with BBQ rub, making sure all wings are evenly coated.
If using a pellet grill, fill a smoke tube with pellets, light it, and blow out the flame. Place the seasoned wings on pellet grill racks and set the smoke tube inside the grill for added smoke.
Preheat the pellet grill to 200°F. Place the racks of wings in the grill and cook for about 2 hours to allow the wings to absorb plenty of smoke.
Increase the grill temperature to 400°F and cook for about 30 minutes. Once the internal temperature of the wings reaches the 180s°F, reduce the grill temperature to 300°F. Continue cooking for another 60 to 90 minutes, or until the skin is dry to the touch and as crispy as you like.
Remove the wings from the grill and serve hot with Ranch, Bleu cheese, or your favorite dipping sauce.
