Blackstone Steak Seasoning, to taste
Juice of 8–10 limes, or enough to fully coat the steak
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2–3 serrano chiles
2–3 chiles de árbol, chopped
½ purple onion
1–2 tsp Jugo Maggi
Salt, to taste
Tortilla chips, for serving
Generously season the steak with Blackstone Steak Seasoning.
Cook the steak over the open flame until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from the heat, let it rest, then cut into small, bite-sized pieces.
While the steak cooks, squeeze the lime juice into a large bowl and stir in the chopped cilantro.
Char the serrano chiles and purple onion directly over the flame until lightly blackened. Remove from the heat, chop, and add to the lime mixture.
Add the chopped chiles de árbol, Jugo Maggi, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Add the chopped steak and toss until evenly coated in the aguachile mixture.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
