Ingredients
- 1½ pounds ranchera meat (thin beef steak), sliced or chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Mojo Blackstone seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon meat seasoning (your favorite beef seasoning)
- 2 jalapeños, thinly sliced into strips
- 1 medium white onion, thinly sliced into long strips
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
- Hot flour tortillas
- 2 avocados, sliced
- Mexican rice (optional)
- Fresh lemon or lime wedges

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ranchera meat with Garlic Mojo seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and meat seasoning. Toss until the meat is evenly coated.
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Place the seasoned steak on the griddle and cook until browned and mostly cooked through.
- Add the jalapeños, onion, and tomatoes directly to the griddle, stirring them into the steak. Continue cooking until the vegetables soften and the flavors blend.
- Transfer the steak and vegetable mixture to a hot skillet and fry for about 2 minutes to develop extra flavor and slight crispiness.
- Serve the fajita mixture hot with flour tortillas, avocado slices, and Mexican rice if desired. Just before eating, squeeze fresh lemon or lime juice over the top for the best flavor.
