- 1.5 lbs. of thin-sliced Steak (NY Strip recommended)
- 1 cup of Bachan's Miso
- ½ cup of chopped onions
- ½ cup of chopped red bell peppers
- ½ cup of chopped yellow bell peppers
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 2 packages of Udon Noodles
- 2 teaspoons of garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons of ginger paste
- ½ cup of Sweet Chili Sauce
- ½ cup of Bachan’s Miso
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Slice the steak into thin strips and marinate it with Bachan's Miso for approximately 10 minutes.
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
On a pre-warmed griddle set to low heat, add half of the oil, and then place the vegetables on the griddle. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
After about 3 minutes, add the Udon noodles on top of the vegetables with about ¼ cup of water to create steam for cooking.
Heat the other half of the griddle to high temperature, add the remaining oil, and place the marinated steak onto this hot side, spreading it out evenly to prevent clumping.
Add ginger and garlic to the vegetables, and stir well. By this point, the steak should be almost done; add it to the vegetables and noodles.
Incorporate the sweet chili sauce and more Bachan’s Miso into the mixture. Stir well, and then transfer everything to a serving platter.
Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
Serve and enjoy this delicious meal with others.
