Sweat Heat Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- French brioche bread
- Pepper Jack cheese slices
- Havarti cheese slices
- Black Forest ham (or similar ham)
- Pepper jelly
- Raspberry jam
- Butter, softened
Directions
- Lay out two slices of brioche bread, inside sides facing up.
- Spread pepper jelly on the inside of one slice of bread.
- Spread raspberry jam on the inside of the other slice of bread.
- Place a slice of Pepper Jack cheese on the pepper jelly side.
- Place a slice of Havarti cheese on the raspberry jam side, allowing the cheese to slightly overhang the bread edges.
- Add a slice of Black Forest ham between the two cheese slices.
- Close the sandwich, pressing gently.
- Spread softened butter on one outside side of the sandwich and place it butter-side down on a griddle set to 300°F.
- Butter the top side of the sandwich.
- Cook for about 6 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the griddle, slice if desired, and enjoy!
