Turn the Blackstone Griddle on medium heat. Drizzle and spread oil on the griddle top.
Split up the ground beef into 8 hamburger patties.
Put patties down on the hot griddle and season with Blackstone's Sweet Teriyaki seasoning. Flip after a few minutes and season the other side.
Place cheese slices onto patties as they continue cooking. Put pineapple rings on the griddle and flip when seared, then place one on each patty Place red onion slices on the patties.
Spread mayonnaise on buns and place on griddle until golden brown. Remove patties from the griddle, place on buns, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
Drizzle teriyaki sauce onto burgers. Then put shredded lettuce on top, followed by the top bun.
