Ingredients
- Large Tortilla
- Blue Cheese Dressing
- Chicken Cutlets (one per wrap)

S.P.G Seasoning
- Avocado Oil
- Shredded Lettuce
- Red Pepper
- Sliced Carrots
- Sliced Pickles
- Frank’s Hot Sauce
- Butter
- Honey
- Tabasco
- Lemon
Directions
Prep Veggies by shredding lettuce, slicing red pepper, and slicing carrots into thin strips
Prep Chicken Cutlets with avocado oil and Blackstone SPG Seasoning
Turn your side burner on to low heat and use a small saucepan to mix Frank’s Hot Sauce, Butter, Honey, Tabasco, and Lemon to taste.
Cook chicken cutlets on griddle on high heats
When done cut the chicken into small cubes and and combine with the sauce
Spread Blue Cheese Dressing on the tortilla
Add a bed of lettuce, chicken, carrots, red pepper, a pickle to the top, blue cheese, and another squeeze of lemon if desired.
Roll and seal the wrap. Eat and Enjoy!
