Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- Cajun seasoning, to taste
- Smoked paprika, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- All Purpose, to taste
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, whisked
- 2 tbsp garlic purée
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- Chili flakes, to taste
- Pinch of dried coriander

Directions
Season the chicken tenders with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, All Purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed corn flakes, onion granules, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the whisked egg, then coat evenly with the corn flake mixture.
- Place the tenders in the Blackstone Airfryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through if needed.
- While the chicken cooks, make the sauce: in a small pan, combine the garlic purée, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, chili flakes, and dried coriander. Simmer over low heat for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Once the chicken is crispy, toss it in the sauce or drizzle the sauce on top.
- Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
