2.5 lbs Tyson® Frozen Chicken Wings
¼ cup oil (avocado or vegetable)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For Tossing
½ cup sweet Thai chili sauce
Spicy Mayo Drizzle
½ cup Japanese mayonnaise
2–3 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
½ tsp sesame oil
Garnish
¼ cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to low heat and add a thin layer of oil. Spread the frozen wings evenly on the griddle and cover with a dome. Cook low and slow, flipping occasionally, until the wings are fully cooked and the fat begins to render, about 15 minutes.
Drizzle the wings with additional oil, then season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Gradually increase the heat to medium and continue cooking, flipping occasionally, until the wings are golden brown and crispy on all sides. Adjust heat as needed to prevent burning.
While the wings cook, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Adjust the amount of sriracha to your desired spice level.
Once the wings are crispy, transfer them to a large metal bowl and immediately toss with the sweet Thai chili sauce until evenly coated.
Plate the wings, drizzle with spicy mayo, and finish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
