Ingredients
- pizza dough ball (14-16 oz)
- 1 jar taco sauce
- Taco seasoning
- ½ pound ground beef
- 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar
- Shredded lettuce
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
Directions
Preheat the Blackstone Pizza Oven to 550°F.
Season and cook the ground beef with taco seasoning.
Stretch out the pizza dough to roughly 14 inches in diameter.
Spread taco sauce over the dough.
Add the cooked taco meat evenly over the sauce.
Top with both mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Place the pizza in the oven for 90 seconds or until golden brown.
While the pizza is baking, prepare the sauce: Combine 1 cup sour cream, ¼ cup taco sauce, and 1 tablespoon taco seasoning in a jar. Shake well.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest for 2 minutes.
Drizzle the prepared sauce over the pizza.
Top with shredded lettuce and diced Roma tomato.
Slice and enjoy!
