½ yellow onion, diced
2-3 teaspoon Blackstone Essentials (divided)
2 lbs 80/20 ground chuck
1 teaspoon Blackstone Hatch Green Chile
1 can fire roasted green chiles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom and garlic soup
½ block of cream cheese
16oz of shredded cheese
1 bag frozen tater tots
1-2 green onions
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon bacon grease
Preheat your pellet grill to 350°F and your griddle to low-medium heat. Dice the onion and sauté it with bacon grease for 2-3 minutes, then move it to a cooler spot on the griddle. Add the ground beef to the center of the griddle and brown it on both sides, breaking it up as it cooks. Once browned, add the Hatch Green Chile and Blackstone Essentials seasoning to the beef, then stir in the sautéed onions.
