Tequila Lime Flat Ribs with Grilled Veggies

Ingredients

2 lbs beef flat ribs
-
1 tbsp Blackstone Tequila Lime Seasoning
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt, to taste
-
Oil, for cooking
-
2 large jalapeños, sliced lengthwise
-
2 tomatoes, sliced (fajita-style)
-
1 large white onion, sliced
-
1 tsp Blackstone All-Purpose Seasoning
-
2 cups refried beans
-
8 flour tortillas
-
Lemon or lime wedges, for serving
Directions
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Drizzle with oil and add the flat ribs. Season with Tequila Lime Seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, developing a light crust on the outside.
On the other side of the griddle, add the jalapeños, tomatoes, and onion with a little oil. Sprinkle with All-Purpose Seasoning and sauté until softened, slightly charred, and fragrant.
Once cooked, chop the ribs into strips or bite-sized pieces and mix them with the vegetables directly on the griddle.
Serve hot with refried beans and warm flour tortillas. Finish with a squeeze of lemon or lime for extra flavor.
