Teriyaki Beef Kabobs
Serves 4-6 Time: 1 hour Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef strip steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ cup light soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- Olive oil, for the griddle
Directions
- In a sealable, gallon-sized plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes but up to 8 hours. The longer the meat marinades, the better the flavor will be.
- Heat griddle to high heat and drizzle a thin layer of olive oil.
- Thread your beef onto skewers and place on hot griddle and cook for approximately 8 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes to cook evenly on all sides.
- Cook to desired doneness (internal temp of 145 degrees for medium).
- Remove from griddle and serve.
