Teriyaki Island Burger

Directions

1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
2. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a small griddle-safe pan to 350°F. Add the sliced onions and cook until golden and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
3. Season one side of the burger patties with Island Stir Fry Seasoning.
4. Lightly oil the griddle and place the patties seasoned-side down. Season the second side.
5. Spread mayonnaise on the cut sides of the brioche buns and place them mayo-side down on the griddle. Toast until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
6. Place the pineapple rings on the griddle and cook until lightly caramelized on both sides.
7. Flip the burger patties once a deep crust has formed. Continue cooking until nearly done, then top each patty with a slice of Colby Jack cheese.
8. Place a pineapple ring on each cheeseburger and drizzle with teriyaki sauce. Cook until the cheese is melted and the burgers are fully cooked.
9. Spread additional mayonnaise on the bottom buns, then top with a leaf of butter lettuce.
10. Add the burger patties, followed by the crispy onions. Drizzle with sriracha, if desired.
11. Finish with the top buns and serve immediately.
