The Ultimate Dill Pickle Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

Sourdough bread
-
Havarti cheese
-
Colby Jack cheese
-
Dill pickles
-
Dill pickle potato chips

Country Crock Butter spread
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
Slice the sourdough bread, or use two pre-sliced pieces. Butter both sides of each slice. (We'll be toasting the inside first.)
Place the bread on the Blackstone and toast one side, then flip.
Add 2 slices of Havarti cheese to each slice of bread. Top with dill pickles, then add 2 slices of Colby Jack cheese to each slice. On one slice, add a handful of dill pickle chips. Cover and let the cheese melt.
Once the cheese starts to melt, flip the non-chip side onto the chip side to form the sandwich. Flip occasionally to ensure the bread doesn't burn.
When the cheese is melted and the bread is toasty, remove the sandwich from the griddle. Slice, plate, and enjoy!
