Directions

1. Preheat your Blackstone to medium-high heat.

2. Lightly oil the griddle, then place the burger patties onto the hot cooking surface.

3. Allow the patties to cook undisturbed until a deep, caramelized crust forms before flipping. Avoid pressing or moving them too early.

4. Flip the burgers and continue cooking to your preferred doneness. If desired, use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature.
