Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) package refrigerated Rana Ravioli (any flavor)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- Avocado spray oil
- Marinara sauce (for serving)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat your E-Series Air Fryer oven to 400°F.
In one bowl, whisk the eggs with garlic powder and Tuscan Herb seasoning.
In a second bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese.
Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Dredge the ravioli in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Place the coated ravioli on the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Spray both sides of the ravioli with avocado oil.
Air fry for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until golden brown.
Plate the toasted ravioli and garnish with the remaining Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. (Optional: Heat the marinara sauce in the air fryer in an oven-safe dish while the ravioli cooks.)
