Turkey Sliders
Roasted Garlic Aioli
Directions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Add the cooking oil to the griddle and sauté the garlic until lightly golden and fragrant. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
In a small bowl, combine the sautéed garlic, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, onion soup mix, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined, then divide into 9 equal portions and form into slider patties about 1½–2 ounces each.
Lightly oil the griddle and cook the turkey patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and nicely browned.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Havarti cheese on each patty and cook until melted.
Toast the cut sides of the pretzel slider buns on the griddle until lightly golden.
Spread a generous layer of the roasted garlic aioli onto each bottom bun. Top with a turkey slider, a few pieces of butter lettuce, and the top bun.
Serve immediately while the sliders are hot and the cheese is melted.
