1 bag pre-cooked ravioli
Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle
Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat. Add the tomatoes and mushrooms to the griddle with Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle, then toss to coat.
Chop the garlic and add it to the veggie mixture. On the other side of the griddle, cook the sausage until it develops a crunchy texture.
In a bowl, mix the sundried tomato spread, heavy cream, lemon juice and zest, chopped shallots, and Tuscan Herb Seasoning.
On medium-low heat, add the bagged ravioli to the griddle, add a little water, and steam for about 3 minutes. Once steamed, add some Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle and toss.
Mix the veggies, sausage, and ravioli together, then pour the homemade sauce on top. Toss until well mixed and allow the sauce to reduce for about 2 minutes.
Transfer to a shallow bowl and garnish with parsley, basil, and grated Parmesan cheese.
