Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vanilla coffee creamer
- 1–2 teaspoons pure almond extract
- 4 thick slices of brioche or croissant bread
- Ground cinnamon (optional)

- Pure maple syrup
- Fresh raspberries
- Powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle on low heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
- Add the vanilla coffee creamer, almond extract, and cinnamon (if using), and whisk to combine.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides and allowing it to absorb the liquid briefly without becoming soggy.
- Add butter to the griddle and let it melt.
- Place the coated bread on the griddle and cook until golden brown on the bottom.
- Flip each slice and continue cooking until the other side is golden and the egg is fully cooked.
- Press the edges of the bread against the griddle surface as needed to ensure even cooking.
- Remove the French toast from the griddle when done.
- Drizzle with pure maple syrup and garnish with fresh raspberries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
