Ingredients
- Impossible™ Savory Sausage
- 1 bag of tater tots
- 4 tbsp Vegan butter (I used Miyoko’s Creamery)
- Vegan cheddar cheese (I used Daiya)
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 bottle of Just Egg plant-based egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- Blackstone essential blend seasoning
- Green onions, chopped
Directions
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Place a cast iron pan on one side.
Cook the tater tots in an air fryer according to the package directions.
In the cast iron pan, sauté the Impossible™ sausage until browned. Add 2 tbsp of butter to the pan and let it melt. Then, add 2 tbsp of flour and the essential blend seasoning. Whisk the mixture until well combined. Slowly add the oat milk while continuing to whisk until the mixture thickens. Add the cooked sausage and stir to combine. Turn the griddle to low heat.
On the opposite side of the griddle, turn off the heat. Melt 2 tbsp of butter and slowly pour the entire bottle of Just Egg. Season with the essential blend seasoning. Scramble the eggs until you achieve the desired texture.
Arrange all the ingredients on a heat-safe platter (I used the Blackstone cast iron platter) in the following order: tater tots, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, and cheese. Place the platter on the griddle, squirt some water around the platter, and cover it with the large basting dome to allow the cheese to melt.
Garnish with chopped green onions, and enjoy your vegan breakfast totchos!
