Ingredients

  • 1 pack of sliced Impossible™ Italian sausage links
  • 1 bag of Rana™ family size 5 cheese tortellini
  • 1 bag of baby spinach
  • 1-2 tablespoons of garlic paste
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jar of roasted red peppers, diced
  • ¾ bottle of Blackstone loaded Italian sear & serve sauce
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Chopped basil
  • Oil for sautéing

Directions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone to medium-high heat. Sauté the sliced sausage in oil until browned on all sides. Add the diced onion, tomatoes, and garlic paste. Cook until the onions have softened.
  2. Add the bag of tortellini, baby spinach, and diced roasted red peppers. Cook until the spinach has wilted.
  3. Pour ¾ of the bottle of loaded Italian sear & serve sauce over the ingredients and toss to combine.
  4. Garnish with balsamic glaze, shredded Parmesan cheese, and chopped basil. Enjoy!
