Walking Taco Bar for Kids and Adults

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans
- 1 bag shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 head of lettuce, shredded
- Sliced jalapeños
- Sliced lime wedges
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Taco seasoning
- Small snack-sized Dorito bags
- 1 jar salsa
- Hot sauce of your choice
Directions
Prepare your toppings bar first by shredding the lettuce, dicing the onion and tomato, slicing the jalapeños, and cutting the lime into wedges. Rinse the black beans.
Split the pound of ground beef in half and cook one half on each side of the griddle. Season both sides with taco seasoning and add a squirt or two of water to each side. Add black beans and diced onions to the "adult" half of the ground beef.
Cut open the tops of the Dorito bags and have guests add their choice of toppings.
