Directions
- Preheat one side of your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and lightly oil the cooking surface.
Season the steak with kosher salt and black pepper. Place it on the hotter side of the griddle in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes before flipping. Continue cooking until browned on all sides and cooked to your preferred doneness. Move the steak to a cooler area of the griddle to rest.
Add the bell peppers, onion, zucchini, and yellow squash to the griddle. Season lightly with salt and pepper and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp and lightly caramelized.
Spread the par-cooked noodles onto the griddle and let them cook undisturbed for 1–2 minutes to develop crispy edges. Drizzle with the sesame oil and soy sauce, then toss to coat evenly.
Return the steak to the griddle and add the vegetables. Pour the Blackstone Mandarin Sauce over the mixture and toss for 1–2 minutes, until everything is evenly coated and the sauce becomes glossy and lightly caramelized.
Remove from the griddle, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
