How to Claim your Refund
If you spot a lower price during the guarantee period:
- Email support@blackstoneproducts.com with the subject line "Black Friday Price Match."
- Include your order number and the product details.
- Requests must be submitted by December 19, 2025.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method by January 31, 2026
