Ingredients:

Cinnamon Tortillas:

  •  5 small flour tortillas
  •  1 stick of butter
  •  1 cup of sugar
  •  2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  •  Cooking spray

 

Spicy Tortillas:

  •  5 small corn tortillas
  •  1 stick of butter
  •  1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  •  1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  •  1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  •  1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  •   Pinch of Salt/Pepper
  •   Cooking spray

 

Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Dip:

  •  4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powder sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

 

Steps:

Note: You will need to do the sweet and savory tortillas in batches.

Sweet Tortilla Chips

  1. Cut flour tortillas in triangles.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter for 45 seconds. In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.
  3. On a cutting board lay out as many flour tortillas that you can fit and brush over both sides with butter. Then, using a spoon, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Preheat Air-Fryer to medium .
  5. Spray Air-Fryer trays with cooking spray, and place tortillas in the tray.
  6. Cook the tortillas for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown. Carefully, flip the tortillas and cook another 3 minutes.

 

Savory Tortilla Chips

  1. Before beginning the second batch of savory tortillas, wash the trays, and respray with cooking spray.
  2. Cut corn tortillas in triangles.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl melt butter for 45 seconds. In a separate bowl, combine all of the spices.
  4. Lay out the triangle cut tortillas on a large cutting board and brush both sides with butter. Sprinkle with spices.
  5. Cook the tortillas for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown. Carefully, flip the tortillas and cook another 3 minutes.
