Bang Bang Tofu

Directions

1. Heat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the potato starch, Island Stir Fry seasoning, and tofu pieces. Toss to ensure the tofu is well coated with the potato starch mixture.

3. Add a small amount of oil to the griddle. Shallow fry the tofu on all sides until they are golden and crispy.

4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice wine vinegar.

5. Remove the cooked tofu from the griddle and place it in a large bowl. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the tofu and toss to combine.

6. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
