3–4 tbsp Blackstone Street Taco Seasoning (to taste)
12–16 Mission flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Mexican blend or cheddar jack cheese
Avocado oil, for cooking
Salsa roja or salsa verde
Queso dip
Fresh cilantro, chopped
White onion, diced
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Jalapeños
Lime wedges
Directions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add avocado oil and spread evenly.
Add ground beef and break it apart with spatulas. Once it begins to brown, add the chopped onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Sprinkle in the Street Taco seasoning and mix well to evenly coat the beef.
Add the refried beans to the beef mixture and stir until fully combined and heated through. Cook for another 3–5 minutes until warm and creamy. Move to a cooler zone or warming tray.
Lightly oil the tortillas and place them on the griddle. Add cheese to one side, then spoon on the beef and bean mixture. Fold and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and melted.
For taquitos, roll the filled tortillas tightly and cook, turning as needed, until crispy on all sides.
Serve family-style with your favorite toppings and let everyone build their own plate.
