Preheat griddle on high. Sauté mushroom with onion, pepper and avocado oil until desired crispness.
Cook the ground beef, garlic, and diced onion together until cooked thoroughly. Season with pepper.
After beef, onions, and mushrooms are cooked, add 2 tbsp beef bouillon and then add 1/4 cup water to the beef base to break it down.
Add your par-boiled noodles to the top of meat mixture. On top of that mixture, add greek yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Once platted, add your garnishes. Serve, and enjoy!
