In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, blueberry jam, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, then transfer the mixture into a piping bag or a storage bag with a corner cut off.
Carefully cut a small hole in the side of each slider bun and pipe in the filling. These can be refrigerated ahead of time to firm up the filling before cooking.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, French vanilla coffee creamer, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Preheat the griddle to medium to medium-low heat and add butter.
Dip each filled slider into the batter, ensuring even coating, then place them onto the melted butter. Cook until golden brown on all sides, using tongs to rotate as needed.
Plate the sliders and garnish with a dusting of powdered sugar, lemon zest, and fresh blueberries. Serve and enjoy!
