Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Sticks

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 slices brioche bread, dried for a few hours and cut into thick strips
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Optional Toppings: Maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh berries, powdered sugar, or Nutella
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish. Preheat a Blackstone Griddle to medium heat.
Quickly dip each brioche stick into the batter, ensuring all sides are coated but not oversaturated. Melt 1 tbsp of butter on the griddle and place the battered sticks onto the surface. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, rotating until all sides are golden brown and slightly crispy. Add the second tbsp of butter halfway through if needed.
While the sticks are still hot, immediately toss them in a mixture of ¼ cup granulated sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon until fully coated.
Serve warm with maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh berries, powdered sugar, or a drizzle of Nutella. Enjoy!
