A hearty breakfast sandwich filled with savory sausage, crispy hash browns, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar cheese, all served between two golden slices of Texas toast.

Cooking oil, for the griddle
1 lb breakfast sausage
Blackstone Essentials Blend Seasoning (optional)
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 hash brown patties
4 large eggs
Salt, pepper, and granulated garlic, to taste
8 slices Texas toast
Ketchup, to taste
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Divide the breakfast sausage into four equal portions and form into 4-ounce patties. Season with Blackstone Essentials Blend Seasoning, if desired.
Lightly oil the griddle and add the sausage patties. Cook until browned on one side, then flip and continue cooking until fully cooked through. During the final minute, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
Place the hash brown patties onto a lightly oiled section of the griddle. Cook until golden brown on the bottom, then add a little more oil and carefully flip. Continue cooking until both sides are golden and crispy.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and season with Blackstone Essentials Blend Seasoning or salt, pepper, and granulated garlic. Whisk until combined.
Pour the eggs onto the griddle and gently stir with your spatulas until scrambled and cooked through.
Place the Texas toast slices onto the griddle and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and toast the other side until evenly browned.
To assemble each sandwich, spread ketchup onto a slice of Texas toast. Top with a crispy hash brown patty, a sausage patty with melted cheddar cheese, and a portion of scrambled eggs.
Add a second slice of Texas toast and serve immediately.
