2 cans cooked chicken breast (or 2 cups shredded rotisserie or smoked chicken)
1 cup homemade ranch dressing (made with 1 cup buttermilk, 1 cup mayonnaise, and 1 ranch seasoning packet)
In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Grate the cheddar cheese and set aside.
In a large pan, mix the chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, half and half, and Frank’s Hot Sauce.
Place the pan on your Blackstone griddle (or grill/oven) over medium heat. Stir frequently until the mixture is fully melted, hot, and creamy.
As it heats, break apart any large chunks of chicken for a smoother dip.
