Juicy pepper jack cheeseburgers served on toasted ciabatta rolls with fresh toppings and a side of crispy homemade fries cooked in the Blackstone Air Fryer.

Cooking oil
Blackstone Essential Blend, to taste
4 burger patties
Beef tallow, for the griddle
4 slices pepper jack cheese
4 ciabatta rolls
Mayonnaise
Lettuce, chopped
Tomato, sliced
Mustard
Ketchup
Cut the potatoes into fries and pat them dry with paper towels. Drizzle with cooking oil, season with Blackstone Essential Blend, and toss to coat.
Place the fries in the air fryer baskets and cook for 15–20 minutes, checking occasionally, until golden and crisp.
While the fries cook, preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Season the burger patties with Essential Blend. Add a small amount of beef tallow to the griddle, then place the patties seasoned-side down.
Cook until the first side is well seared, then flip and continue cooking.
Spread mayonnaise on the cut sides of the ciabatta rolls and toast them on the griddle until lightly golden.
When the burgers are almost finished, top each patty with a slice of pepper jack cheese and cook until melted.
Assemble each burger with mayonnaise, lettuce, a cheeseburger patty, sliced tomato, mustard, and ketchup.
Serve immediately with the homemade fries.
