Preheat your pizza oven to the lowest temperature setting.
Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 equal-sized pieces, setting aside the icing for later. Layer the pieces into an oven-safe baking dish that has been buttered.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, maple syrup, melted butter, and snickerdoodle seasoning. Pour this mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
Place the baking dish into the pizza oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the casserole turns golden brown.
After baking, drizzle the reserved icing over the top of the casserole.

If your pizza oven tends to run hot and you can't maintain a temperature around 350-400°F, place the casserole in the oven and turn it off immediately. Let the residual heat cook the casserole while keeping the stone rotating.
