1 honeycrisp apple, cut into slices
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup of apple cider
1 tsp cornstarch
1/8 cup pecan pieces
Preheat Blackstone griddle to low heat.
Place a cast-iron skillet on the warm griddle. Add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the skillet, stirring as it melts. Mix in the apple slices.
In a bowl, whisk together apple cider and cornstarch. Add some to the apple mixture and continue stirring while heating to a simmer.
Add pecan pieces and mix them in. Let simmer until apples are cooked through.
Remove from the heat and enjoy!
