Preheat griddle on high. Add your oil and bell peppers to griddle and saute with butter and salt for 3-4 minutes.
On the other side of griddle on medium high, sauté your chicken sausage until browned to liking.
Mix the veggies and chicken sausage together.
Turn griddle down to medium low. Add pre-boiled noodles to griddle, splash of water, Bayou blend, cream cheese, heavy cream and mix together until cheese is melted into the mixture. You can add more heavy cream if you would like it to be a thicker sauce.
Add your spinach on top of the noodles and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until spinach is wilted.
Plate the pasta and garnish with grated parmesan cheese, bayou seasoning, and enjoy!
