Crispy Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Recipe by Blackstone Betty

Serves 4

Time: 45 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  •  1(24-count) package small corn tortillas
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs, cut into small, bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Blackstone Buffalo Blue seasoning
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1(16-ounce) package broccoli slaw mix
  • 1 cup Blackstone Creamy Buffalo Sear and Serve Sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • Extra light tasting olive oil, for the griddle
  • Blue cheese crumbles, optional

Directions

  1. Mix the diced chicken, Buffalo Blue seasoning, garlic paste, and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Set the mixture aside to marinate for 20 minutes and up to overnight.
  2. Turn your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Add the chicken mixture. Toss with spatulas to cook on all sides for about 5 minutes. Season with more Buffalo Blue if necessary.
  3. Pour the Sear and Serve sauce onto the chicken and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. The chicken should be fully cooked. The sauce should be slightly caramelized and fully coating the chicken.
  4. Add a drizzle of olive oil onto the griddle and place the corn tortillas directly onto the griddle. Assemble your tacos by layering cheese, chicken, and green onions on top of the tortilla. Fold in half immediately and cook on each side until very crispy and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove tacos and serve with a post dust of Buffalo Seasoning, extra green onions, broccoli slaw, and blue cheese crumbles.

Note: You can substitute Buffalo Seasoning with your favorite Buffalo seasoning or skip and enjoy these just with the Buffalo Sear and Serve Sauce! These reheat perfectly in the air fryer!
