Directions
Preheat the griddle on high.
Divide the ground beef into 4 oz balls and season with whiskey burger seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add oil to the griddle and press the burger balls onto the griddle using the burger press with parchment paper in between the press and meat.
Spread 2 tbsp of butter around the outer side of all burger patties.
Flip the burger patties after 3-4 minutes or until crispy.
Add cheese to each patty.
While the other side of the patty is cooking, add 1 tbsp of salted butter to a griddle preheated on medium heat and place fresh buns open side down. Toast for about 2 minutes or until toasted to your liking. Use a spatula to rub a little butter from the griddle on top of the buns and add everything but the bagel seasoning.
After cooking the other side of the patty for 3-4 minutes, stack the burgers to make doubles.
Remove the buns and start building your burger.
Add the special sauce to the top bun, then layer with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, burger patties, pickles, and ketchup or mustard. Use as much special sauce as you desire. Enjoy!
