This delicious pizza features a flavorful tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil leaves on top of a crispy thin crust. Whether you're making it for a family dinner or a casual get-together, Margherita pizza is always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients

3 portions Blackstone Fast Rise Pizza Dough

2 cups crushed tomatoes

1 (16-ounce) block mozzarella cheese, torn

15-20 fresh basil leaves

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for drizzling
Directions
Preheat Blackstone pizza oven until the stone registers 650F. Combine the crushed tomatoes, salt, and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small mixing bowl. Stir until combined.
Form the pizza dough, top with the tomato sauce, torn mozzarella, and basil leaves. Drizzle olive oil over the pizzas.
Launch the pizza and cook for 90 seconds to 2 minutes or until the crust is very crispy and the cheese is bubbly. Repeat with the remaining 2 pizza doughs. Serve immediately.
