French Toast Egg in a Hole

Directions

1. Cut a hole in the center of each slice of brioche bread with a small cup or cookie cutter, and set aside the cut-out pieces to cook as extra French toast.
2. Whisk together Chobani Cinnamon Coffee Cake Creamer and ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl to make the egg mixture.
3. Heat a griddle over medium and melt butter across the surface.
4. Dip the bread slices and cut-out pieces into the egg mixture, then place them on the griddle.
5. Crack an egg into the hole of each bread slice and cook until the egg white begins to set.
6. Flip the bread carefully to cook the other side, keeping the yolk intact, and continue until the egg is done to your preference.
7. Remove from the griddle and serve warm with maple syrup in a ramekin for dipping.
