Directions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat.
Cook the bacon until crispy (or to your preferred doneness). Remove and set aside.
On a cutting board, combine the cream cheese, bacon, pickles, cheddar cheese, pickle juice (if using), and everything bagel seasoning. Chop everything together until well mixed.
Toast the bagel halves in the reserved bacon grease for about 1 minute per side, until golden.
Spread the chopped pickle-bacon cream cheese mixture generously over each toasted bagel half.
