Preheat the griddle to medium heat.
Cook the chopped bacon on the griddle until crispy. Once cooked, remove the bacon from the griddle and set it aside, leaving the rendered bacon fat on the griddle.
Add the tortellini to the griddle, tossing to coat the tortellini in the bacon fat.
Add the butter and minced garlic to the tortellini on the griddle. Toss the mixture until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, tossing to incorporate them with the tortellini.
Add the cooked bacon back onto the griddle with the tortellini and tomatoes. Mix everything together.
Season the dish with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper according to taste. Toss everything together again to evenly distribute the seasoning.
Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese over the tortellini mixture.
Serve the garlic butter tortellini immediately and enjoy!
