Gouda Ale Pub Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 12 slices of gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can of golden ale, or a comparable beer
- Cooking oil
- 2 pounds thinly sliced, pre-cooked roast beef
- Blackstone Whiskey Burger seasoning, or a comparable seasoning
- 4 French bread rolls
Directions:
- Preheat a Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Place a deep cast iron skillet on the heated griddle.
- Add the gouda, parmesan cheese, and ale to the skillet and stir until melted.
- Oil the surface of the griddle and add the roast beef. Pour a little oil on top of the roast beef and season with burger seasoning. Mix the beef with the oil and seasoning.
- Drizzle oil and seasoning on both sides of the rolls and place them on the griddle. Toast all sides of the rolls until they are golden brown.
- Add the roast beef to the cheese and ale sauce mixture and mix together.
- Remove the rolls from the griddle and cut them halfway down. Remove the skillet from the griddle and fill the rolls with the cheese and ale mixture. Season with burger seasoning to taste.
