Griddled Fruit and Yogurt

Ingredients

Frozen Fruit (pineapple, peach, mango, strawberries) – 1 package
-
2 teaspoon unsalted butter
-
1-2 teaspoons Spicy Brown sugar
-
1-2 teaspoons brown sugar
-
2-3 cups Greek Yogurt
-
½ cup favorite granola
-
¼ cup honey
Directions
Pre warm griddle on a low heat.
Skewer fruit to make easier to handle on the griddle. You can just add the fruit to the griddle top if preferred.
Add butter to the middle of the griddle and add the fruit to the griddle.
Add Blackstone Spicy Brown Sugar and more brown sugar on the fruit.
Add yogurt to a bowl.
Once there’s some char on the fruit, remove and add on top of the yogurt.
Add granola and honey.
Enjoy!
