Preheat the right burner of the griddle to medium-high heat and the left burner to high heat. Place the string beans on the right side of the griddle. Add a generous squirt of water to help steam the beans, then cover with a basting dome for even cooking.
Season the steaks generously with High Plains Steak Seasoning and coat them with avocado oil. Place the steaks on the left side of the griddle and press them down to achieve a perfect sear. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip the steaks.
Toss the string beans on the griddle, then add more water if needed. Cover again with the basting dome and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove the cooked string beans from the griddle and place them in a bowl. Mix the beans with teriyaki sauce, sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, shredded carrots, and chow mein noodles.
Remove the steaks from the griddle and let them rest for 5-8 minutes to retain their juices. Plate the steaks and teriyaki string beans. Eat and enjoy!
