Peanut Butter and Jam Burger

Directions

1. Preheat your Blackstone to medium-high heat.

2. Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and gently form into burger patties.

3. Season both sides generously with salt.

4. Place the patties on the hot griddle and cook for 3–5 minutes, allowing a deep, caramelized crust to develop before flipping.

5. Flip the burgers and cook for another 3–5 minutes, or until they reach your preferred doneness.

6. If using cheese, place a slice on one of the patties during the final minute of cooking and allow it to melt.

7. Lightly butter or oil the burger buns and toast them on the griddle until golden.

8. Spread a generous layer of crunchy peanut butter on one half of each bun and jelly or jam on the other.

9. Place the cooked burger patty onto the bun and close the burger. Try one with cheese and one without to see which you prefer.

10. For the best eating experience, flip the burger upside down before taking your first bite so the peanut butter sits against the roof of your mouth.

11. Serve immediately while hot.
